The usual competitions for Indoor Hockey will be held in Term 4 2026.

There will be three formats:

Day	Dates	Times	Teams
Wednesday U12	14/10 to 09/12 inclusive	4pm	20 players
Wednesday Girls	14/10 to 09/12 inclusive	5-9.30pm	No limit
Friday Mixed	16/10 to 11/12 inclusive	5-9pm Mosman (registrations are through SIHA)	No Limit
Adult indoor competitions	Starts week of 15/10	Expressions of interest for Thurs Mixed (Mosman)	TBA
